The idea behind Forte is to find technical solutions to recurring problems faced by power tools operators while keeping the cost economy intact.

WORKMAN
Safety: Most of tools have “double insulation” feature and with “safety lock” wherever possible – Workman’s safety is most important.
Comfort: All tools are designed for less vibration and less noise so that operator’s comfort level is enhanced – Aim is to minimize physical hazards.
Ergonomy: Forte tools will invariably have slim body for firm grip, smaller head for easy maneuverability of tool. Heavy tools are fitted with Anti-vibration handles. Idea is to minimize workman’s fatigue.
Portability: Select few models are provided with carry-box so that the workman can store the tools and accessories together in it and carry it easily and safely.
WARRANTY
Forte tools carry six months warranty against manufacturing defects- We are confident of the durability and quality of our tools.

Founder & CEO
Anupam Agrawal, armed with Business Administration qualifications, is a thoroughbred professional turned astute entrepreneur. He had a long stint of over 24 years in a large Indian conglomerate with interests in Textiles, Ready-to-wear, Retailing, Engineering and now real-estate. Anupam was part of senior management team in group’s engineering and ready-to-wear businesses. He was responsible for business development & new business verticals set-up in B2B and B2C streams, besides participating in execution of several domestic & international acquisitions by the group. Set-out to scale to top leadership position in the group, he left the group and founded this enterprise “FORTe India”. Anupam is the driving force behind this enterprises, starting from domain selection to business modeling. He provides strategic directions to the enterprise and is responsible for creating customer centric policy formulations, setting fair business practices and supply chain solutions and above all, overall cost consciousness.
Co- founder
Kumar Anand Agrawal did his MBA from Allahabad University, specializing in Finance. I the initial phase of of his career pursued merchant banking, stock broking and Insurance broking on one hand and trading of financial products in Metal & Commodities in international exchanges in other. In 2016 he plunged into FORTe business. Unique thing about Kumar is he is always thinking ahead of his peers and never shy of venturing into newer business domains. He is responsible for setting up B2B sales and service networks across India, leading FORTe’s sales force, setting up customer enabling systems (like Billing, GST Taxation, Claim settlement processes, etc,), institute robust sales accounting systems, etc. He is commited to Forte’s Growth and Customer centric approach.
Advisors to the Board
Prof. Rahul Singh
Prof. Rahul Singh is an august member of FORTe’s advisory board. Dr. Singh is a professor of Strategy and Sustainability, and Chair of Business Policy and Entrepreneurship, Chair of CESTour BIMTECH at Birla Institute of Management Technology, INDIA. Dr Singh is also Founding chair of the executive education program. His domain of work has been Strategy, Sustainability and Digital Transformation. He is visiting professor at FH Joanneum University Austria, JSBE University, Finland and KEDGE Business School, France.
We are privileged to have Dr. Singh to guide us through emerging business challenges emanating from growing environment consciousness and sustainability. He is guiding us in several initiatives (projects) which will tackle likely environment ill-effects caused by FORTe products.
Mr. Arun
Mr. Arun is one of its own kind. He acquired B.E. from IIT, Roorkee, India’s premier engineering institution. Instead of following beaten path, of building a career in an industrial set-up, Mr. Arun got initial working experience with corporates and thereafter set-up his own company in Electrical equipment and consumables.
Arun possesses phenomenal insights in to electrical equipment and tools consumers, their likes and dislikes, consumer preferences and pain areas, and of course consumer buying processes. Besides, he is an industry insider who keeps constantly updated about industry trends, new products and trade dynamics.
In FORTe, Mr. Arun lends his extensive electrical industry knowledge and wisdom “Technical Advisor”. His contributions on new products ideas & newer applications, creating opinion leaders and industry networking have been valuable in FORTe’s journey so far.
Mr. PR Singh
Mr. PR Singh FORTe’ team in the capacity of Financial Advisor.
Mr. Singh is a qualified Law Graduate with outstanding grades. Thereafter, he completed his Fellowship from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Mr. Singh has a cross-industry experience of over twenty five years covering multitudes of assignments as consultant and as implementation team member.
Mr. Singh specialises in the fields of Corporate re-structuring. He has carried out several mergers and acquisitions in industrial and financial domain.
Mr. Singh’s contributions in FORTe ranges from setting up robust business processes to ensure financial hygiene, corporate compliances and assess future financial needs to support FORTe’s growth story.
